The main activity of Ukrelektrokomplekt Ltd includes designing, manufacturing (technological preparation, blank production, machining process, punching and welding, powder painting), installation and adjustment of the electrotechnical equipment both serial and made by special orders, and also repair base for repair of electric motors of industrial and household assignment.
The enterprise supplies the power transformers from 25 to 1600 kWatt, produces and supplies mast, kiosk and city substations up to 1000 kWatt, chambers of series KSO-399 with the load interruptor and the vacuum switches ÂÂ/ÒÅL, switchboard panels SO-99 and other electrotechnical equipment.
In 2001 new on configuration and in technical decision high-voltage chambers on the basis of the switch BB/TEL were developed and tested together with Òavrida Electrik Ukraine LTD. (Sevastopol). The high-frequency chamber of stationary execution was developed on the basis of the switch ÂÐ1 produced by RZVA (Rovno).
Disconnectors RV10/1000 ÓÇ were developed and tested in VIT (Zaporozhye), that allows to produce the chambers with rated current 1000 amperes.
Load interrupter VN-RA 10/630 was developed and now it is produced. Analogues to it don’t exist in Ukraine. It has switching stability of 100 cycles and rated current up to 800 ampere, rated current of electrodynamic stability 51 kiloamperes. Dimensions of the interrupter have remained the same to provide replacement and repair of the chambers produced earlier. This development has allowed to begin manufacturing of small-sized chambers KSO. In future the company will develop the electromagnetic drive, modernize of substations of the city type, produce small-sized
substations.
